The system always reads Column R (Collector), Column U (Name), and Column W (Loan Type code). Depending on the file layout you choose below: Single bracket also reads Column Y for the balance, using the bracket you pick for every row. All brackets instead reads Columns AB / AC / AD / AE (1-3, 3-6, 6-12, 12+ months) — any column that's 0 or blank for a row is skipped, and any column with an amount becomes its own record in that bracket, so one member row can produce more than one saved record. Collector now comes from the file itself either way, and new names are added to this branch's Collectors list automatically. Loan type codes are mapped to their descriptions on the Loan Types page.
